2 Subscription Details

● Credit Usage

● Annual Subscription (Recommended)
The annual subscription requires a one-time payment for a full year of service and offers a 20% discount compared to the monthly plan. This option provides cost savings and ensures uninterrupted access to all features for 12 months. Note: Annual plans do not auto-renew upon expiration.
● Monthly Subscription
After the initial payment, your monthly subscription will automatically renew each month. If a renewal fails due to reasons on your side (e.g., insufficient funds), your plan will be automatically downgraded to the free version in the following billing cycle.
3 Cancellation Policy
- Annual Plan: No action is required—the subscription will not auto-renew after expiration.
- Monthly Plan: You may cancel at any time via the My Subscriptions page in your account. No additional fees will be charged. Your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing period, after which it will revert to the free version. All your data within VisualGPT will be retained.
4 Refund Policy
We strongly recommend reviewing the Terms and Conditions before making a payment and fully understanding the product features to avoid the need for refunds.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and accept this refund policy in its entirety.

Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are only available within 24 hours of the initial purchase, provided no credits from the plan have been used.
- Not eligible for refunds: requests made after 24 hours, non-initial purchases (including renewals or repeat purchases), monthly plans within 24 hours of auto-renewal (cancellation is permitted instead), promotional or discounted purchases, and failure to cancel due to personal oversight.
- The refund amount will be calculated as: Amount Paid − Value of Credits Used, with credit value based on the purchased plan's pricing.
- All refund requests must include a valid reason and be submitted via email to [email protected].
