After logging in, you can click the left toolbar on the homepage. It is divided into three main categories: AI Image, AI Room, and AI Visual. You can select the tool that best suits your needs.
Once your project is fully generated, an Export button will appear in the top menu bar. If you did not download it promptly, please log in to the platform.

We prioritize your privacy and security. We do not store your images on our servers. Once your image processing is complete, it is not retained. You can always feel confident knowing that your images are only kept temporarily for processing and then deleted.
Currently, we don't have a dedicated app, but you can easily use VisualGPT directly through our website on your mobile device. The site is fully optimized for mobile use, so you can create and edit images smoothly from your phone anytime. If you have any other questions or need assistance, feel free to let us know! We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience. You may use your own language—our prompt window features language adaptation, ensuring the AI understands every command you give. We are also actively working to add more languages, so please stay tuned.

The message "No image content found in response" typically means that the prompt or model you're using didn't return an image. This can happen if the input or model isn't producing the expected result. To resolve this, try adjusting your prompt for better clarity or choose a different model to see if that helps. Don't worry, if the image wasn't successfully generated, it won't count as an attempt. If the issue persists, feel free to share your prompt, and we'll be happy to assist further!
The "Invalid Parameter" message usually appears when the page is refreshed while uploading the image. If that happens, please try uploading the image again. Each account receives a set amount of daily credits. You can earn more credits in two ways:
- Step 1: Sharing Activity: Participate in our daily sharing event — sharing once per day gives you 5 permanent credits.
- Step 2: Credit Packs: We also offer paid credit packs if you want to get more credits instantly and enjoy greater flexibility. If you need more, you can click the "Get more credits" button on the left panel to purchase additional credit packages.
To purchase credits, click on the credits window in the left menu bar where your remaining credits are displayed. Then select "Get More Credits" to view and choose from the available credit packages. Payment can be made with an international credit card.
Yes, there is a difference. Daily credits are temporary — they are only given after logging in, reset 24 hours after your last login, and cannot be accumulated. Purchased credits, on the other hand, are permanent. They remain in your account until used, can be accumulated, and can be stacked with future purchases, regardless of whether you log in daily.
